This project involved replacing an aging redwood deck structure with a larger, partially covered deck. The new roof over the deck includes a large custom skylight and exposed wood framing. The railings were custom fabricated using powder-coated steel sections, stainless steel cables and a red cedar cap. The design is completely open to the views and filled with natural light - providing shade on a sunny day and shelter during the rainy season.
